oh man thanks! that also is great to know. i think i have a lot of old stuff i'm going to have to manually post in here, and I was sort of resignedly scrolling my reading page like oh man this is gonna be me soon... but I'm glad to know I can do that.
I like that-- boring tracking posts are a thing i try to like, slip into more punchy updates to camoflage them, and I used to sometimes do private posts on LJ but I think I like your backdating method better. Because it's not, like... private, it's just boring.
