OMG, I'm sorry for you. I just had sinus infection, but nothing comparing to yours. Just felt ill, got a warm cap over head, some medicines and that's it. It's OK today, but I was wearing a cap anyway outside, funny I never do it till winter is freezing ;) I hope you're better now, pity you had to be in the bar when you were sick :(

Aye, I remember from your past entries - or rather your blogger entry - that we never should do that thing with making orders one by one instead of all in one time. Though waiters here behaving differently, they do not come in often to check what is going on. And in fact I don't remember we ever have been ordering the way you described... Not in that amount for sure.
