Well, it's an important venue. Most coffee shops with a working espresso machine don't have seating for 200.

I just had never put two and two together. I figured, you know, they put on plays or something. Why not? Real estate's cheap in Buffalo, especially when it's that far out in the suburbs of Buffalo.
